Aigle Azur, 3rd French airline, specialises in South destinations: Algeria, Mali, Morocco, Portugal and Tunisia.
It operates from 7 French airports Paris Orly, Paris CDG, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Mulhouse, and Toulouse.

Founded in 1946 by Sylvain Floirat, a French company also founder of Matra, Europe 1 and Breguet Aviation; Aigle Azur is the oldest French companies private.

The company was taken over in 2001 by the Group GoFast, specialises in freight forwarding, and chaired by Arezki Idjerouidene.

In 2003, the company has experienced a profound renewal of its fleet, which now consists of 11 Airbus A320 families (3 A319s, 4 A320s, 4 A321).
In recent years, offering sailings scheduled Aigle Azur has grown to nearly 30 destinations, including Algeria enjoys outstanding coverage. In addition to its scheduled flights, the company carries out charter flights on time, on demand.
