AIR VALID is an editing company which disseminates information linked for the travellers with the aim of informing them about the identity of an airline company

How can one obtain information concerning an airline company?

AIR VALID proposes a detailed card for each indexed airline company. These cards are accessible on the site AIR VALID by the traveller or via the sites from travel partners at the time of the reservation of a flight.

Which information is indexed by AIR VALID?

AIR VALID indexes financial indices (Capital, sales turnover, manpower, partners, subsidiary companies…), of administrative information (Coordinated, registered office, luggage service…) as well as factual information (Company code, country of origin, creation date, floats, declared incidents…).

What is the reliability of the information transmitted by AIR VALID?

For the creation of its data base AIR VALID presses on the elements communicated on the official sites of the airline companies like near the professional and official authorities of Air transport (IATA, ICAO, DGAC, ITA, SNAV, AEA, AFRAA…)

What is the actualisation mode of the data?

AIR VALID updates information of the site every quarter; however each airline company has the possibility of constantly updating the information related to it

Which is the responsibility on behalf of AIR VALID concerning communicated information?

AIR VALID does not rewrite information. They are about data public, collected and organized in order to inform in the form of a summary but effective enough for the traveller to know about the identity and the origin of an airline company, according to the recommendations of the European Parliament and at Decree n° 2006-315 of March 17, 2006 relating to the obligation of information of the air passengers on the identity of the airline conveyor. How and by which are the airline companies noted?

AIR VALID proposes to the travel agencies to give to their traveller customers a questionnaire on the return of their trip in order to note the airline company on which they flew. The notes thus come from the travellers. These notes are restored by airline companies with a total note but the traveller answers with regards to an airline company and a trip (or section) carried out. Secondly, AIR VALID will be thus able to provide notes about airline company and trip.

On which elements does the note on behalf of the travellers rely?

AIR VALID designed a personal questionnaire which relates to the “feeling of comfort and safety” during the trip. This questionnaire comprises 30 questions relating to the trip, from the boarding to the exit of the aircraft, of the restitution of luggages while passing by the material aspects of the plane and in relation with the crew during the trip
This questionnaire can be indicated only in the exclusive condition having accomplished a flight and:
- to receive a request for opinion on behalf of a travel agency,
- or to have all information relating to an accomplished flight,
in order to submit a view on the site in this section « Submit your view ».
