The national airline of New Zealand, Air New Zealand will offer its passengers with the possibility to send in-flight sms and email while being in the skies thanks to in-flight wifi. However, passengers will be able to send and receive sms and email only on Air New Zealand Boeing 777-300 that will be delivered in November 2010. In order to send or receive in-flight sms and email, passengers of Air New Zealand will have to have in their possession either an iPhone, Blackberry or GSM mobile phones that is equipped with wifi access. This service of in-flight wifi proposed by Air New Zealand is offered by AeroMobile. Air New Zealand in-flight wifi is available at a rate of £17.
