Air tickets refunds following cancellation of flights

Due to the volcano that erupted in Iceland on Wednesday 14th April 2010, and due to the volcanic ashes that flew to Europe a number of flights were cancelled. Some companies such as Ryanair, Alitalia, Air France are proposing to passengers air tickets refunds.
