Since 22nd July 2009, Alitalia expanded its international and intercontinental services with 13 new destinations in code share with Air France/KLM. Alitalia and Air France/KLM have also improved their code share flights via Paris and Lyon. The active code share between Alitalia and Air France/KLM, within the SkyTeam alliance scenario, creates operational synergies and benefits for its passengers.
