A code share agreement has been signed between the national airline of Singapore, Singapore Airlines and the Spanish based airline, Spanair. The code share that has been signed between Singapore Airlines and Spanair will be effective as from 17th May 2010. Following the code share agreement signed between the two carriers, passengers of Singapore Airlines will benefit from Spanair’s routes from Barcelona to Madrid, from Barcelona to Palma Mallorca and from Barcelona to Bilbao. In the same way, Spanair passengers will benefit from the code share agreement on the route to Singapore from Spain via Barcelona.
