As from 29th March 2009 Spanair and Air Europa, the airlines based in Spain have will conduct a code share agreement. Thus the code share agreement will allow both airlines, Spanair and Air Europa to offer more routes, more flexibility and more to comfort to their passengers. The code share agreement will be on 13 flights between Madrid and La Coruna, Alicante, Almeria, Bilbao, Jerez, Menorca, Malaga, Santiago de Compostela, Valencia and Vigo, and also between Barcelona and Jerez, Malaga and Seville. This code share agreement will allow passengers of Spanair and Air Europa to accumulate miles from Spanair Plus and Flying Blue.
