Continental Airlines joins Star Alliance

The United States air carrier, Continental Airlines is forecasting to join Star Alliance on 27th October 2009. However on 24th October 2009 Continental Airlines will finish its participation with Skyteam. Continental Airlines changeover from Skyteam to Star Alliance will not affect the OnePass members. Moreover Continental Airlines change over to Star Alliance will allow the One Pass members to start earning base miles and Elite qualification miles and will also have the possibility to redeem miles on Star Alliance airlines.
