Easyjet traffic fell down by 6.8% this February 2009

The airline based in the United Kingdom, EasyJet announced that its traffic fell down 6.8% for the month of February 2009. The EasyJet traffic fell down by 6.8% compared to the same period last year. Easyjet carried 3 240 767 passengers in February 2008 whereas in February 2009 passenger traffic was 3 018 910. Besides due to the decline traffic of EasyJet by 6.8%, EasyJet increased its fill rate by 2.4 points or 84.6% in February 2008 when, in February 2009, the load factor was 87%. On a basis of 12 months from February 2008 to February 2009, EasyJet traffic rose by 13.9%.
