The airline based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopian Airlines has been nominated the ‘Airline of the Year 2009’ at the African Business Awards held on 6th July 2009. Ethiopian Airlines was nominated as the airline of the year 2009 at the Africa Business Awards from a pool of nominees based on “firm financial results, punctuality, original products, and services for customers.
