The European commission, Europa decided to reinforce the laws to protect air passengers and guarantee the rights of passengers. With these amendments, Europa has redefined the rights of air passengers and made public the rights of passengers to prevent any kind of abuse. Europa made public these rights to empower passengers and help them to better know their rights.
