On Wednesday 16th December 2009, Flyglobespan released a statement concerning the suspension of its operations due to bankruptcy. Hence the travellers who have purchased flights with a credit card, can turn to their credit card issuing bank to seek refunds for unused portions of Flyglobespan’s flights.
On the other hand any air tickets which have been paid directly to Flyglobespan in other means than credit card (e.g. bank transfer, cash) ticket refund may not be possible. If you have ordered your flight tickets via a travel agency or organiser, you should discuss the matter with them first.
