IATA has approved France’s decision to put into practice the One-Stop Security at its Lyon and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. In other words, France is allowing passengers that have already been screened at an European airport will not need to be screened a second time when making flight connections. Moreover, many European countries have already made the application of One-Stop Security for all passengers arriving from another European airport. However, there will be no compromise on the quality of security being applied. Furthermore, ICAO is looking forward to introduce the One-Stop Security on a worldwide scale.
