In-flight meals on Swiss

On 3rd March 2010, new in-flight meals were introduced on Swiss, the national airline of Switzerland. These new in-flight meals will be dished up to first and business class passengers of Swiss. First and business passengers flying with Swiss on either intercontinental flights from Switzerland or on longer outbound European flights. First class passengers will be served scallop and ratatouille with watercress panna cotta as starters whereas business class passengers will be served roast beef with mango and chilli chutney, rocket, Parmesan shavings and pesto vinaigrette as starters.
