New flights Astana with Etihad Airways

Since the 07th May 2009, the flag carrier of Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways has introduced new flights departing from Abu Dhabi to Astana. Astana is the second destinations served by Etihad Airways in Kazakhstan. Moreover, since December 2008, Etihad Airways is operating flights to Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan. Furthermore, Etihad Airways is making use of its Airbus A319 aircraft to carried out flights once per week, i.e. on Thursdays from Abu Dhabi to Astana.
