As from the 01st October 2009, the American low cost airline, JetBlue Airways will start flights between Barbados and NewYork. Moreover, JetBlue Airways will operate non-stop flights daily between Barbados and New York. Furthermore, JetBlue Airways will make use of its Airbus A320 aircraft to operate these non-stop flights. As from 21st May 2009, in addition to its non-stop flights between Barbados and New York, JetBlue Airways will also start flights to Jamaica.
