Turkish Airlines code share Spanair

The airline based in Turkey, Turkish Airlines and the airline based in Spain, Spanair have signed a code share agreement. Moreover the code share agreement between Turkish Airlines and Spanair will be effective as from 1st February 2010. Turkish Airlines will place its 2 letter codes ‘TK’ on some flights of Spanair and Spanair will place its 2 letter code ‘JK’ on some flights of Turkish Airlines under this code share agreement. Hence Turkish Airlines code share agreement with Spainair will allow both airlines to offer flights between Istanbul and Barcelona, Istanbul and Madrid, Borcelona and Malaga, Barcelona and Seville and others.
